A message is a single exchange — one user question and one AI response. Follow-up messages in the same conversation each count as separate messages. System messages like the welcome greeting do not count toward your limit.

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You'll continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. We don't lock you into contracts.
