Terms of service

These terms govern your use of PageMind, provided by Sabr Software. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use PageMind for a company, you accept these terms on its behalf.

1. The service

PageMind lets you build AI assistants trained on content you provide and embed them on websites you control. Features and limits depend on your plan, as described on our pricing page.

2. Your account

Keep your login secure and give us accurate information. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

3. Your content and responsibilities

• You keep ownership of the content you upload or ask us to crawl, and you give us permission to process it to provide the service.
• You must have the right to use that content and to deploy assistants on the websites where you install them.
• You’re responsible for how your assistants are configured and for telling your visitors about the chat in your own privacy notice where required.
• Don’t use PageMind to collect sensitive data such as health, financial account or government ID information, or to provide medical, legal or financial advice.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use PageMind to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, crawl sites you aren’t authorized to crawl, attempt to access other customers’ data, interfere with the service, or resell it without our permission.

5. AI output

Assistants generate answers automatically and can be wrong or incomplete, even when grounded in your content. Review your assistant’s answers, and don’t rely on them as professional advice. You’re responsible for decisions made based on them.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI replies. When it runs out, your assistants pause until the next cycle or until you upgrade. We don’t charge overages automatically.
• Upgrades are charged a prorated amount immediately; downgrades take effect immediately with unused time credited to your next invoice.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep PageMind available and secure, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be interrupted. We may improve or change features; we’ll give notice before removing a feature that’s part of your paid plan.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service or others at risk. You can stop using PageMind at any time; on request we’ll delete your data as described on our Security & data page.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, PageMind isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the new version here; material changes will be communicated by email.
