Privacy policy

This policy explains how Sabr Software (“PageMind”, “we”) collects and uses personal information when you use our website and service, and when visitors chat with assistants that our customers build with PageMind.

Information we collect

From customers (people who create PageMind accounts)

• Account details: name, email address and profile image from your sign-in provider.
• Billing details: subscription status and billing history, processed by Stripe. We don’t store card numbers.
• Content you provide: website URLs, files, text and settings for your assistants.
• Usage data: pages viewed in the dashboard and feature usage, used to operate and improve the service.

From visitors chatting with a PageMind assistant

• Messages sent in the chat, the page the chat was opened on, and feedback ratings.
• Contact details you choose to share (name, email, phone, message) when asking to be contacted.
• Your browser may store your conversation for up to 24 hours so it continues across pages; you can start a new conversation anytime.

For visitor data, the PageMind customer whose website you’re on is the controller of that information and we process it on their behalf. Please contact that business with requests about your data; we’ll assist them.

How we use information

• To provide the service: generate answers, deliver leads and notifications, and show analytics to our customers.
• To bill, secure and support accounts, and to prevent abuse.
• To send service emails such as usage alerts and receipts. We don’t sell personal information.

We do not use customer content or chat conversations to train AI models.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us run PageMind (listed on our Security & data page), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer.

Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. Conversations and leads are kept until the customer deletes them or their assistant. Deleted content is removed from our systems and backups on our providers’ normal schedules.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Email support@sabrsoftware.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for sign-in and security. The chat widget uses your browser’s local storage to keep an open conversation for up to 24 hours. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Children

PageMind is not directed to children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.
